Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. mint

Instructions

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in mint.
  2. Cook on carrots, peas and broiled tomatoes.
  3. Yield: 1/4 cup.
