Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen greens (collard, turnip or mustard greens)
  • 1 medium to large onion, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon or ham pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put greens in a saucepan.
  2. Add water according to package directions.
  3. Bring to a boil and lower heat.
