Mother'S Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 cooked white potatoes
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes and mix ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Put into a casserole and bake for 1 hour at 250° or until potatoes are warm. This is a handy recipe to use when you are fixing a holiday dinner and want to prepare the potatoes a day ahead.
  3. Refrigerate them and then just heat in your oven or microwave them for the dinner. They are full of cholesterol and are delicious!
