Mountain Blackberry Jam

Instructions
- Wash and grind berries or crush completely one layer at a time, so that each berry is reduced to pulp.
- Pour sugar into dry dish.
- Measure 6 cups berries into a large kettle.
- Add pectin. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Add sugar.
- Mix well.
- Continue stirring and bring to a full rolling boil.
- Boil for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared jars and seal.
