  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 potatoes, peeled & sliced
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 lb. raw ground venison
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer in large covered casserole ingredients as they are listed above.
  2. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
