No Bake Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 (3 oz. each) French vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Butter 9 x 13-inch pan or spray sides and bottom; line with graham crackers (make them fit).
  2. Beat pudding with milk and add whipped topping.
  3. Pour 1/2 pudding over graham crackers, top with graham crackers, top with second 1/2 of pudding.
  4. Cover with another layer of crackers (this makes 3rd layer).
  5. Put frosting in micro for 30 seconds or until soft and spread on dessert.
  6. This must set in refrigerator for 10 hours.
