Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar free jello
  • 1 pie crust
  • strawberries or sliced peaches

Instructions

  1. Mix water and cornstarch.
  2. Heat until very thick.
  3. Add sugar free jello.
  4. Line pie crust with strawberries or sliced peaches. Pour thickened gel over top.
  5. Chill and serve with any sugar free topping.
