Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce ginger beer, preferably homemade
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger beer and Simple Syrup and shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the candied ginger and lime wheel.
