Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips with shortening in top of double boiler over hot water.
- Remove from heat; stir in pecans.
- Spoon heaping teaspoonfuls into 1-inch paper candy cups or paper-lined mini muffin cups, filling each half full.
- Chill until firm.
- Peel off paper cup, if desired.
- Makes 14 to 16 cups.
