Nut Cluster Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 c. (5 3/4 oz.) pkg. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. shortening
  • 1 c. broken pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips with shortening in top of double boiler over hot water.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in pecans.
  3. Spoon heaping teaspoonfuls into 1-inch paper candy cups or paper-lined mini muffin cups, filling each half full.
  4. Chill until firm.
  5. Peel off paper cup, if desired.
  6. Makes 14 to 16 cups.
