Orange Snow Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 cans Mandarin oranges, well drained

Instructions

  1. Prepare Jell-O according to directions on box.
  2. Chill to heavy syrupy texture.
  3. Fold in cottage cheese.
  4. Add Mandarin oranges and Cool Whip, mixing well.
  5. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill well.
