Oysters Outback

Ingredients

  • 12 oysters, in the shell
  • 2 tablespoons bush tomatoes (ground akudjura)
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the akudjura with the grated cheddar cheese
  2. Top each freshly shucked oyster with two teaspoonfuls of the Outback mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with a little salt.
  4. Heat under broiler to melt the cheese and serve.
