Papaya Ring Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (12 oz.) can papaya nectar, heated
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
  • 1 c. commercial sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in hot papaya nectar.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Chill until syrupy.
  4. Add drained mandarin orange sections and grapes. Fold in sour cream.
  5. Pour into mold.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serves 8.
