Ingredients

  • 1 can Spam, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 can pork and beans

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 10-inch iron skillet, arrange Spam in center.
  2. Place onion slices between Spam slices.
  3. Pour beans over all and cover well.
  4. Drizzle barbecue sauce on top.
  5. Heat in a 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated throughout.
