Peach Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Peaches
  • 1- 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1- 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  2. Cut the peaches in half and take out the stone.
  3. 2.
  4. Slice the peaches and place them in a medium pot.
  5. 3.
  6. Add the sugar and water.
  7. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  8. 4.
  9. Once the mixture is boiling, turn off the heat and let it cool (30-40 minutes).
  10. 5.
  11. Strain the mixture using cheesecloth or a coffee filter.
  12. 6.
  13. Store the syrup in an airtight container in the fridge.
