Pepper Corn Brandy Steak
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. coarse pepper ⓘ
- 4 small New York steaks
- 4 Tbsp. brandy
Instructions
- Sprinkle pepper on both sides of steak (press in).
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Place steaks on grill 4 to 6 inches from bed of coals.
- Cook, turning once, 5 minutes for rare.
- Place meat on platter.
- Heat and ignite brandy.
- Pour over steaks.
