Pepper Corn Brandy Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. coarse pepper
  • 4 small New York steaks
  • 4 Tbsp. brandy

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of steak (press in).
  2. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Place steaks on grill 4 to 6 inches from bed of coals.
  4. Cook, turning once, 5 minutes for rare.
  5. Place meat on platter.
  6. Heat and ignite brandy.
  7. Pour over steaks.
