Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. picante sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes in a 2-cup microwave casserole.
  2. Cover with lid, cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender, stirring once.
  3. Top with picante sauce and cheese.
  4. Cover until cheese is melted.
  5. Serves 2.
