Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Fill jars with
  2. melons (cantaloups) and set aside until syrup is made.
  3. Pour off
  4. all
  5. juice
  6. that has formed in jars. Heat sugar, water and
  7. vinegar.
  8. Fill
  9. jars
  10. with
  11. syrup
  12. and process 10 to 12 minutes.
  13. Do not use overripe melons.
