Ingredients

  • 1 c. coarse or pickling salt
  • 3 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 gal. water

Instructions

  1. Bring mixture to a boil.
  2. Cool before pouring on cabbage to make kraut.
  3. You can make pickled beans or corn; cook until tender.
  4. No seasoning on these.
