Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. pure vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, sugar and salt into 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Combine oil and milk in measuring cup; beat with a fork until blended.
  3. Pour over flour mixture.
  4. Mix with a fork until all flour is moistened. With fingers, press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.
  5. Make small edge on rim of plate; flute.
  6. Do not form a high edge.
  7. Spoon or pour in filling.
