Instructions
- Sift flour, sugar and salt into 9-inch pie plate.
- Combine oil and milk in measuring cup; beat with a fork until blended.
- Pour over flour mixture.
- Mix with a fork until all flour is moistened. With fingers, press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.
- Make small edge on rim of plate; flute.
- Do not form a high edge.
- Spoon or pour in filling.
