Pineapple Macadamia Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Hawaiian Holiday finely ground Macadamia nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a medium bowl, using hands or the back of a spoon, mix Macadamia nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Add sugar and butter and combine well.
  3. Press mixture into bottom and three-quarters of the way up the sides of a ten-inch spring-form pan.
  4. Refrigerate until needed.
