Pineapple Mint Coolers

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) bottle club soda or Perrier sparkling water
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix in 1/2 gallon pitcher; add to top with water (for concentrated lemonade).
  2. Pour over ice cubes or mix in blender with ice to make icee.
  3. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
  4. Great summer refresher.
