Pistachio-Elderflower Float
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 scoops pistachio ice cream
- 1/4 cup (2 oz.) elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain) ⓘ
- 1/2 cup ginger ale (such as Schweppes)
Instructions
- Place ice cream in a frozen 10- to 12-ounce glass. Pour elderflower liqueur over ice cream. Top with ginger ale. Serve immediately with a long spoon and a straw.
