Ingredients

  • Boston butt pork roast
  • 1 orange, peeled in wedges
  • 1 can whole cranberries

Instructions

  1. Wash roast; season with pepper, salt and garlic.
  2. Put in crock-pot on low; add orange and cranberries.
  3. Cook for 6 hours. Serve over cooked rice, using juice from roast as gravy.
