Ingredients

  • 3 c. cut up meat (chicken, turkey, ham or tuna)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. McCormick saltless salt substitute
  • 2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450°.
  2. Mix chicken or other meat, soup, vegetables and seasoning in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir baking mix and milk until blended.
  3. Pour over vegetable mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
  6. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
