Instructions
- Mix all ingredients but the nuts and vanilla.
- Cook, cook, cook until soft ball stage; cook on low (will burn easy) until melted, then on high.
- Be careful, will scorch.
- After reaching soft ball stage, remove from stove and let cool.
- Beat with beater as long as you can, then beat with spoon.
- Add 2 cups English walnuts (more nuts used makes it better) and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
- Pour into buttered pan.
- Slice into squares when cool.
