Prosciutto With Melon
Ingredients
- 1 large melon ⓘ
- 16 wide, thin slices Prosciutto
Instructions
- Melon should be ripe and chilled.
- Cut in half and remove seeds.
- Slice into pieces 3/4-inch wide.
- Cut along bottom of flesh near rind, but do not separate rind from melon.
- This makes the melon easier to eat and preserves its appearance.
- Put 2 slices of Prosciutto on each melon slice.
- Serve 2 melon slices per person.
