Prosciutto With Melon

Ingredients

  • 1 large melon
  • 16 wide, thin slices Prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Melon should be ripe and chilled.
  2. Cut in half and remove seeds.
  3. Slice into pieces 3/4-inch wide.
  4. Cut along bottom of flesh near rind, but do not separate rind from melon.
  5. This makes the melon easier to eat and preserves its appearance.
  6. Put 2 slices of Prosciutto on each melon slice.
  7. Serve 2 melon slices per person.
