Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb prune
  • 1/2 lb apricot
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Stir sugar, salt and lemon together.
  2. Add to prune and apricot mixture.
  3. Let soak overnight, room temp.
  4. Refrigerate.
