Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. cooked pumpkin (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the vanilla ice cream, cooked pumpkin, milk and cinnamon in a glass.
  2. When the mixture is liquid, you may drink.
