Ingredients

  • 2 angel food cakes ready made, torn in bite size pieces
  • 42 ounces blueberry

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix torn cake pieces, blueberry pie filling and 3/4 of Cool Whip.
  2. Mixture will turn purple in color.
  3. After mixed place in a pretty clear bowl or trifle bowl.
  4. Put remaining Cool Whip on top for icing look.
  5. Then place the nuts for decoration.
  6. Chill.
  7. Use for a quick and easy recipe. (I use it at special occasions for the unusual color it has.)
  8. Yield: 10 or more servings.
  9. 1 tablespoon each.
