Quick Baked Onion Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 pkg. soup mix (dry)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Shake together oil, onion soup mix and cubed potatoes in Ziploc bag or bowl with lid until potatoes are covered evenly.
  3. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
