Ingredients

  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat ingredients together until smooth.
  2. For each pancake, pour batter onto hot, greased griddle.
  3. Turn when top is bubbly and beginning to dry; brown other side.
  4. Makes 6 servings.
