Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare turkey for roasting.
  2. Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. Seal securely to prevent drippings from escaping in pan. Place foil wrapped bird, breast up, in bottom of roaster.
  4. Roast in very hot oven at 450°.
  5. About 15 to 20 minutes before total roasting time, remove from oven.
  6. Gently remove foil away from bird to edges of pan.
  7. Continue to roast until brown.
  8. Sometimes bird is already brown enough at this point.
