Ingredients

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F.
  2. Place the tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  3. Roast until the tomatoes start to burst, 20 to 25 minutes.
