Ingredients

  • 20 ounces marlin steaks
  • 14 cup citrus juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 34 cup cornstarch
  • 1 12 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Cut fish into 4 pieces.
  2. Let fish sit in juice for about 20 minutes, and then broil.
  3. Combine other ingredients, and heat in saucepan.
  4. Pour the saucepan contents over broiled fish and enjoy.
