Rhubarb Mold

Instructions
- Simmer rhubarb chunks in small amount of water until tender. Sweeten to taste.
- Mix Key lime with small amount of cold water and add, stirring.
- Add cornstarch and cold water until mixture gets very thick.
- Put in mold and chill.
- Makes a wonderful spread for lunch on bread or use as a condiment.
