- Spread chopped rhubarb over the bottom of a greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle sugar and dry Jello over the rhubarb. Pour cake batter (you'll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package) over rhubarb mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350F. Let cool before serving.
