Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chopped Rhubarb
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 package (4-serving Size) Strawberry Jello
  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Yellow Cake Mix, Mixed According To Directions
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)

Instructions

  1. Spread chopped rhubarb over the bottom of a greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle sugar and dry Jello over the rhubarb. Pour cake batter (you'll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package) over rhubarb mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350F. Let cool before serving.
