Instructions
- Place 3 cups of cream in a heavy saucepan and heat. Make a thickening with the rest of the cream and as much flour as needed. Let boil a few minutes.
- Add the salt.
- Stir constantly as it scorches easily.
- Serve with cinnamon and sugar in dabs over top, or with milk.
- Some use half and half.
- We use 3 cups of cream and 1 cup milk.
- Otherwise, too rich.
