Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) apple syrup
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) apple brandy (such as calvados)
  • 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) sparkling rose
  • Garnish: apple slices

Instructions

  1. Bring apple juice and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan; cook 1 minute or until sugar completely dissolves. Chill completely. Combine apple syrup, apple brandy, and rose in a glass; stir gently. Garnish, if desired.
