Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, sour cream, water and eggs in large bowl.
  2. Blend together and then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes until creamy. Spoon 1/3 of batter into well-greased and floured cake pan. Sprinkle with half of Jell-O.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Spread remaining batter over gelatin to cover.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
