Ingredients

  • 2 ounces sake (TY KU Sake Black is what is suggested)
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • splash champagne, to top

Instructions

  1. Combine sake and orange juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Top with champagne.
