Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. mustard greens (from the food store)
  • 5 slices bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash greens and put in a pot.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Cook in about 2 quarts of water.
  4. Add bacon, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on medium heat until tender.
