Ingredients

  • 8 roma tomatoes, diced (about 1 pound)
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced red onions
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed julienned basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
