Ingredients

  • Heat Pan and Pour a reasonable amount of oil in it.
  • 1 Onion (sweet if you can)
  • 4 Pati-Pan
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Tbs Fresh Herbs of your choice

Instructions

  1. Chop your Onions and wait for the pan to be just the right heat. then toss the onions in and stir constantly until they are a light shade of brown. then add the thinly sliced pati Pan and stir again until the onions are a clearly Darker shade of brown. add Garlic, Herbs, and tomatoes.
  2. when you are all done, place neatly on a plate of in a bowl, Depending on who you are serving this too, you can have a serving of half to quarters.
