“Scratch” Chocolate Frosting

- Melt chocolate chips on top of a double boiler. When chocolate is completely melted, beat together with sour cream until it reaches spreading consistency. Use to frost 1 cake or 24 cupcakes.
- * More sour cream can be added to taste.
