“Scratch” Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips on top of a double boiler. When chocolate is completely melted, beat together with sour cream until it reaches spreading consistency. Use to frost 1 cake or 24 cupcakes.
  2. * More sour cream can be added to taste.
