Simple Stuffed Flounder

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flounder
  • 6 oz. crabmeat
  • 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix crabmeat, buttered crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Lay fish flat.
  3. Spread mixture on top and then roll fillets like a jelly roll.
  4. Place rolls in a shallow baking dish lined with butter.
  5. Then pour white sauce over fish.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
