Ingredients

  • 6 lg eggs; 1cup whole milk; dash of nutmeg; 1 cup grated sharp cheese; 1/2 cup grated parm. 1 lg shallot; 1 pkg frozen hash browns; i 10 oz box frozen broccoli

Instructions

  1. Pre heat to 375. Whisk together eggs,milk,salt & pepper (not much),nutmeg,
  2. Then whisk in cheeses.
  3. Brown the shallots in olive oil.for 3'.Add hash browns and a little salt. Saute 3' until brown, then remove from heat and sprinke broccoli over potatoes. Pour in eggs and bake 12-15' Then place under broiler 4-5 minutes
