Ingredients

  • baked potatoes
  • shredded cheese
  • chopped bacon

Instructions

  1. Cut potato in 4 wedges.
  2. Scrape potato, leaving about 1/2-inch of potato on skins.
  3. French fry in hot fat until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and finely chopped bacon.
