Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut in serving pieces
  • 1 bottle low-calorie Italian dressing
  • 2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in large bowl.
  2. Pour Italian dressing over chicken.
  3. Cover and let marinate several hours or overnight. Drain and roll in Parmesan cheese; place in single layer, skin side up, on baking sheet.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
