Ingredients

  • 2 c. polenta
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Moisten corn meal in water.
  2. Boil water, then add salt.
  3. Add polenta mixed with water.
  4. So it will not lump, keep mixing until right texture.
