Ingredients

  • 1 lb. medium sharp cheese
  • 12 oz. can Pet light evaporated milk
  • 7 oz. jar chopped pimento
  • 3 Tbsp. pickle relish
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Grate cheese.
  2. Heat milk and cheese but do not boil to melt. Add pimento, pickle relish, mayonnaise and salt.
  3. Cool.
  4. Will keep in refrigerator for 10 days.
